If you’re a resident with special needs, you may be eligible for a HandyCard: you must have a permanent physical, sensory, or cognitive disability that prevents you from using the public transit system without assistance.  Also, you must reside within the TransLink service region.

 

Taxi Saver is a service for people with permanent disabilities who have a HandyCard. You will need a HandyCard before you can buy and use the non-transferable Taxi Saver coupons to pay for taxi rides.  For more information please visit the website or call.

Compass Cards

Compass is a reloadable fare card for use in transiting around the Lower Mainland. You will need a Compass Card or Compass Ticket to be able to pay for the fare and access the transit systems.
