Mental Health

The Older Adults Community Mental Health Services program is a specialized outreach service for people 65 and over who are affected by psychiatric symptoms such as memory decline, confusion, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and other symptoms that affect the person’s ability to cope with day to day living activities. Referrals to the program may be made by anyone and services are provided at no cost.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Mental Health Consumer Advocacy Program at Sources Newton Resource Centre

Wide range of supports, information, and advocacy for consumers of mental health services. Offers advocacy and support in dealing with income assistance, housing and federal income assistance programs like Canada Pension Plan.
