Providing transitional housing for senior women fleeing abuse, or over the phone support, and advocacy to women over 55 years of age experiencing the impact of a past or present violent/abusive relationship. 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

310 Mental Health Support is the toll-free provincial access to emotional support, information and resources specific to mental health. In operation since 2009, this network is also available 24/7/365 throughout BC.
1(800) SUICIDE is the first of its kind in Canada, the network has supported tens of thousands of callers throughout BC ensuring that people have access to skilled suicide assessment and intervention when they need it most. The focus is on answering and supporting suicide-related calls. When needed, crisis line workers are able to provide intervention through emergency mental health teams and other emergency services.
Run by Options Community Services, the Crisis Line provides a 24-hour counseling phone line. What kinds of calls does the crisis line receive? People call for numerous and varied reasons: suicide, mental health problems, relationship conflicts, family violence, grief, addiction issues, or just plain loneliness. To reach the Options Community menu, contact the non-emergency number at 604-584-5811. Hours for Options Community Services are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
