UBC is now recruiting volunteer instructors and participants 65+ years of age to lead or join a free group exercise program held in 2015 at the Langara Family YMCA, Tong Louie Family YMCA, and Robert Lee YMCA as part of a research study being conducted at the University of British Columbia.
